Porter Gale is a sought-after public speaker, networker, and entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience working in marketing, advertising, and filmmaking. Her first book Your Network Is Your Net Worth is being released, by Atria Books, in June 2013. From 2007 to 2011, Porter was Vice President of Marketing at Virgin America. Prior to Virgin America, Porter was a consultant and held the post of general manager at Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners San Francisco. She was awarded the Changing the Game Award by the Advertising Women of New York (AWNY), was on AdAge’s Digital Hotlist, iMedia's Top 25-Digital Marketers, and named a Digital Passionista by The Huffington Post. She lives with her daughter in San Francisco.

Greg, a 1990 graduate of the University of Nebraska, has spent the last 23 years in New York working at some of the top creative agencies in the U.S. Most recently Greg was CEO of BBH U.S. where he led the New York office to top awards including 4As Mid-sized Agency of the Year and Webby’s Agency of the Year working on brands such as Axe, Google Chrome, BBC and Johnnie Walker. Additionally, Greg led the opening of BBH L.A…a business unit of BBH U.S. focused exclusively on the creation of brand content. He has experience in both account management and strategic planning, giving him a balanced perspective on business and brand building. He sits on the global board of Effie Worldwide, marketing's top effectiveness awards organization, and is the chairman of the 4As New York Council.

As principal of ePublish Media, Inc., a web publishing and content strategy consultancy in Boston, Mass., Rick works with knowledge-centric organizations to create and sustain effective web content.

With a background in writing, publishing, and technology innovation—and a passion for the web—Rick strives to improve online user experiences in higher education through content strategy.

Rick writes and speaks often on web publishing topics, advocating for a “content first” approach to the web in support of communications, design, development and governance. Rick believes no one on the web can do great work if the content stinks — therefore, every web professional has a stake in making the content better
